Three steps to your first plan.
Check your coverage
Tell us your insurance and what you're training for. If we accept your insurance, your first session is FREE no matter what! Then we will verify your coverage for follow-up sessions.
Match with the right Registered Dietitian
We match you with a sports dietitian whose endurance background fits your sport. Your initial virtual session is 60 to 90 minutes and personalized to your training block.
Fuel your training
Custom fueling plan, between-session messaging, follow-ups every 2 to 4 weeks. Stay on it through race day and the off-season.
Every distance. Every discipline.
Whether you're chasing your first 5K or your fifth Ironman, our dietitians have built plans for athletes exactly like you. We know what actually moves the needle on race-day performance.
Race day & training blocks
Fueling before, during, and after races. Plus the build, peak, and taper weeks that get you there.
Marathon & half-marathon
16-week builds, taper-week strategy, race-morning nutrition. From your first 5K to your first BQ.
Triathlon
Sprint, Olympic, half, full. Brick fueling, transition nutrition, and how to eat between disciplines.
Cyclists
Endurance road, gravel, gran fondo. Bike-specific fueling protocols that don't blow up your gut.
Hyrox & hybrid
For hybrid athletes balancing endurance and strength. Fueling the mixed demands of compromise sports.
Ultra & trail
50K to 100mi. Real-food fueling, gut training for long efforts, and what to pack in the drop bag.
Active adults & weekend warriors
Train before work, race on weekends. Real-life fueling for real-life schedules, not pro-only protocols.
RED-S & injury return
For athletes coming back from RED-S, under-fueling, or injury. Restore performance without losing fitness.

Coverage, sessions, and everything else
Will my insurance cover nutrition counseling?
If you're in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, or UnitedHealthcare, almost certainly yes. Most in-network clients pay $0 out-of-pocket, and many plans cover unlimited sessions. We verify your specific plan before your first session.
What if you don't take my insurance?
We accept FSA/HSA payments for clients with limited coverage. For self-pay, sessions are $150 (initial) and $125 (follow-up).
How long is each session?
Initial appointments are typically 60 to 90 minutes. Follow-ups are 45 to 60 minutes. You and your dietitian decide the right cadence based on your training calendar.
Are you really licensed in every state?
49 of them, plus DC. We're licensed everywhere except Alaska, and telehealth lets you meet your dietitian from anywhere in those locations.
I'm a recreational runner. Is this for me?
Yes. About half our roster is active adults: runners, cyclists, triathletes, weekend warriors, parents who train before work. The reason we mention elite-level experience is that the same fueling principles transfer; they're just rarely accessible outside that world.
What about RED-S or under-fueling?
Several of our dietitians are trained to support endurance athletes through RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) and eating disorder recovery, working alongside your treatment team if needed. We're a complement to clinical treatment, not a replacement for it.
