What Are My Next Steps?

To activate your account:

  • Look for an email invitation from Practice Better. Subject will say
    ACTION REQUIRED: The Sports Nutrition Playbook Nutrition Account Activation.

  • Click the Activate My Account buttonĀ in the email to set your password and activate your account.

  • Important Note: do not skip this step or you will not be able to access your video session with the dietitian.

To access your account:

  • Download the Practice Better app on your phone,Ā orĀ visitĀ www.practicebetter.com.

  • Log in using your email and password.

To start your session:

  • Login to your Practice Better portal by appĀ orĀ visitĀ www.practicebetter.com

  • Confirm that your session is booked at least 24 hours before you begin your session.Ā In your portal under "Bookings" on the left column you should see your requested appointment. It will say confirmed or unconfirmed.Ā 

  • To begin your video session, on the right side of your dashboard, click the video icon next to your appointment in the Upcoming Sessions section to start the session. Alternatively, you can go to Bookings and click the "start session" button.
