What Are My Next Steps?

Congratulations, you have just scheduled your first FREE nutrition counseling session. 

To activate your account:

• Look for an email invitation from Practice Better. Subject will say
  ACTION REQUIRED: The Sports Nutrition Playbook Nutrition Account Activation.

• Click the Activate My Account button in the email to set your password and activate your account.

• Important Note: do not skip this step or you will not be able to access your video session with the dietitian.

To access your account:

• Download the Practice Better app on your phone, or visit www.practicebetter.com.

• Log in using your email and password.

To start your session:

• Login to your Practice Better portal by app or visit www.practicebetter.com

• Confirm that you have completed all forms.

• To begin your video session, click the video icon next to your appointment in the Upcoming Sessions section to start the session. Alternatively, you can go to Bookings and click the "start session" button.

Additional Info:

• We will provide your insurance coverage within 2 business days via text and email after uploading your card or insurance number.
